We work with residential real estate agents and real estate offices to generate leads to prospective buyers and tenants. Depending on your local market, we can generally produce from five to more than twenty exclusive leads each week.
Our services are priced as follows:
(a) flat monthly rate, pricing starts at $1,000 per month; or
(b) a one-time fee to cover our initial costs plus a percentage of the gross commissions generated from our leads.
The flat rate plan is available to all licensed agents and agencies. However, several markets have already been secured on an exclusive or semi-exclusive basis.
The second plan is available on a very exclusive basis and requires agents to qualify for participation. While our initial costs are covered by the one-time fee associated with the plan (generally $5,000), we need to ensure that our leads are being worked by agents with the knowledge, experience and previous success to get prospective buyers/tenants to close. Why? Because we only get paid if you close and after you get paid.
